Golden Hostel is placed in a newly renovated and rebuilt apartment – house. The internal courtyard makes the place quiet, calm and noiseless, however just in the centre of the city. Thanks to the reception office opened 24 hours, the qualified staff, very high-standard rooms Golden Hostel is the place that meets the requirements and satisfies the desires of all visitors to Cracow – tourists, businessmen, students, families or lonely travelers. Situated right in the centre of Cracow, in the “heart” of the cultural capital of Europe, in the immediate vicinity of the railway and bus station, 5 minutes walk (taking photos) to the Main Market Square, 20 metres to the biggest shopping centre in the city, 15 metres to a beautiful park and 15 minutes to Kazimierz – the monumental district.
However Golden Hostel is not only the place of accommodation. We organize trips to Wieliczka, Oświęcim and Zakopane. We ensure free transport from the airport. We offer visiting Cracow with a guide for arranged groups. Individual guests can visit and get to know the best Cracow clubs and pubs with us.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
