Newly renovated studio appartment in the historic center of Amsterdam. 430 square feet or 40 square meters, white stone floor and wooden sealing. Fully furnished with a double bed, sofa bed, and two extra sleeping places in the addic situated above the appartment reachable from the inside of the appartment. The small kitchen is provided with the basic equipment also with a laundry machine doing your own washing. The back has a small inside balkony looking out trough wide glas windows. There is a small breakfast table and coffee table inside the appartment. The bathroom is completely new and has a shower and seperate toilet. The building originates from the 18th century and is builded in official Dutch style. With its small stairs and hallways it saves as much space possible for the appartment. The front windows are completely made by the official way glass in lead and is a monument by itselve. Situated only 5 minutes walking to Central Station and Dam Square, you are really in the middle of the oldest neighboorhood in Amsterdam 'The Rosse Buurt' All the main points are on walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants, busses, trams and metro are within 50 meters of distance. Perfect for a couple or up to 4/5 persons

Public Transport; arrive at Central Station, exit at the south side towards centre of Amsterdam direction Dam Square, after the first cross road go straight for 200 meters walking on 'Damrak Street', take left at the Oude Brugsteeg, cross the Damrak, go straight for 50 meters with the end of the canal at your left hand and the 'Beurs van Berlage' building at your right hand, go straight in the alley at the first crossroad go left and the a quick right, you have arrived at the Lange Niezel.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
