Description
The Bepi Ciosoto Hotel, 2 star superior, is located near Venice, in the immediate surroundings of Mestre, in the tranquillity of an area where the town meets the countryside, at only 2 km from the highway exit for Venice, and easily reachable from here in 4 min. – or by the road S.S. 11, bordering the Brenta river.
Our location allows our Guests to reach very quickly many famous tourist sites of the region: besides the incredible Venice (by bus -15 min -1 euro), also Padova (30 min), Treviso (30 min.), Vicenza (45 min), Verona (60 min). And then Chioggia, Castelfranco, Bassano, Cortina d’Ampezzo, etc.
But there is more ! At only 3 kms from us there is a public boat terminal, from which you can easily reach Venice very Center in less than half an hour !
Right beside the Hotel begins the famous “Riviera del Brenta”, surrounded by its marvellous Venetian Villas in palladian style, sumptuously built by the venetian Nobles during the last 5 centuries, and every year visited by number of tourists. In fact, few steps from us, stands the famous Villa of Andrea Palladio "La Malcontenta", on the Brenta river: the entrance is at 50 m.
The Bepi Ciosoto has 16 comfortable rooms, each provided with private complete services with hairdrier, air conditioning, color TV, mini-bar, and telephone, perfect for a post-excursion relax. The small number of rooms allows us to offer a warm and familiar welcome, paying attention to the needs of every single Guest and, at the same time, lower rates than the City center.
The surroundings of the Hotel are absolutely quiet, without traffic, crowned by the open spaces of the countryside and the lagoon borders but, at the same time, at few mins from the most important roads, with very good public transportation – so that you can almost “forget” your car in our parking (free).
And then, after a full day of excursions, if you wish to have a restoring evening, based on the authentic flavours of local cooking, in the same building one of the most known restaurant of the Riviera waits for you: “Da Bepi el Ciosoto”, where fresh fish is king, as per the original venetian recipes. Cooked fish – natural-charcoal grill -, crustaces and molluscs in all ways, also with pasta (try the faboulous “black tagliolini” with shrimp and small tomato sauce), or baked fish. Or raw fish: scampi, oysters, venus clams, raw sea bass, raw tuna-fish, raw sword-fish. And in the end: delicious home-made desserts.

Comment nous atteindre
From the highway from Padova: exit at the pay-toll (compulsory) (the previous exit is Dolo-Mirano) and keep your right for Ravenna, to arrive to Rotonda Romea (roundabout). Take the first road on the right (named S.S. 309), that goes to Ravenna. After 1 km you meet an other roundabout: keep on following to Ravenna. You'll pass an overstreet and, after 500 meters you find a traffic-light, with the sign for Malcontenta, to the left. This is via Malcanton, where we are, after 500 meters.
Coming from Trieste, after the toll, follow for Milan, and take Marghera-Ravenna exit (after about 10 kms - the previous one is Porto). The rest is as above.
From the train station of Venezia – Mestre, catch bus no. 11 (every 30 mins): in 9 mins you will be in Malcontenta. Get off at the church stop. We are at 300 meters.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
