Nous nous trouvons dans le centre de Venise (venezia), à 8 minutes de vaporetto de Place S. Marc, ou 20 minutes à pieds faisant une merveilleuse promenade avec vue sur la lagune. De notre Bed & Breakfast venice, 2 minutes à pieds dans la pinière de S.Elena, sans faire aucun pont, vous pouvez rejoindre l'arret de S.Elena. Ici, attendant moins de 10 minutes, vous pouvez prendre la ligne 1 ou 42-41 ou 52-51 qui vont (viennent) à (de) la Place S.Marc.

From the Train Station or Piazzale Roma (car terminal):
By waterbus (51 or 61 from P.Roma bus terminal or from Ferrovia rail station)approximately 3.50 Euro. Also accessible by waterbus 1 - 61/62 - 51/52 - 41/42 (stop at S.Elena).
From Venice Airport Marco Polo:
catch public bus 5 leaving from the Departures area of the airport (a ticket costs Euro 1.00). Get off at Piazzale Roma, the car terminal station (last stop). Then catch waterbus 51 or 61 (Euro 3.50) and get off at S.Elena station. (Daily, 3-day or weekly tickets are available).

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
