Ca’ Furlan aujourd’hui est un petit et agréable house qui fait revivre le temps de la Sérénissime République de Venise par ses magnifiques et charmantes chambres, toutes douées d’air conditioné, frigobar, téléphone, télévision satellitaire, internet connection bb, caisse-forte, bain privé avec douche ou baignoire, appareil sèche-cheveux et un parfait service de nettoyage et assistance dont s’occupe une équipe jeune et professionnelle. Quelques chambres donnent sur un canal romantique qui débouche au pittoresque petit port de san Giorgio dans le merveilleux bassin de San Marco.

From Marco Polo Airport :
You can chose to catch a water taxi from the airport strait to the hotel. This cost you 100,00€ for 5 or less persons, for more then 5 persons it will be 5 € each extra persons. Tell us and we will arrange the trip for you.
Otherwise you can chose to catch the ALILAGUNA Service that leaves from the airport and, crossing the Laguna, arrives to Arsenale. It cost Euro 10,00 for person and takes you about 1 hour.
From Arsenale turn left and cross the bridge in front of you, take the CALLE DELLA PESCHIERA that is on your right, after that take CALLE CROSERA. After 100 mtr. take on the right SOTOPORTEGO DEI PRETI and you will be in the SALIZADA DEL PIGNATER. Turn right and you will be into SALISADA S. ANTONIN, follow the street until you’ll find a bridge, turn right to the FONDAMENTA DEI FURLANI. And the end of the street, there is a church (Scuola SAN GIORGIO DEGLI SCHIAVONI or DALMATA). On the right side of this building there is CORTE SAN GIOVANNI DI MALTA and on the left, after 50 mtr there is CA’ FURLAN at the n. 3257.
From P. Roma or Ferrovia (train station):
Take the waterbus n. 1 and get off at the ARSENALE, takes you about 45 minutes. Than follow the instructions write on the top.

RÉGLEMENT D'ANNULATION
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
