The Locanda Acquavita offers the opportunity to feel the spirit of Venice with accommodation in a recently restored antique Venetian house. The Locanda is only five minutes from the Rialto Bridge in the centre of the city, but at the same time, is located on a quiet street away from the busiest tourist thoroughfares.
On leaning out from the windows of the well-appointed and comfortable rooms, the scent of the flowers from the gardens nearby becomes apparent, followed by the sound of the footsteps of the few Venitians escaping the tourist hordes. Alternatively, take in the view along the canal running along one side of the building, leading to the lagoon and her picturesque islands. The Locanda Aquavita is 15 minutes by public waterbus (N 42 or 52) from the Venice railway station of Santa Lucia.The waterbus can be found directly in front of the main exit.All motorised transport will arrive at Piazzale Roma and the Locanda is 20 minutes by public waterbus from there (N 42 or 52). Marco Polo Airport is 30 minutes from the Locanda Aquavita when using the services of the Alilaguna Blue Line PUBLIC transport company.
