Metro station is only 50 metres away (centertown is just a 15-mins walk anyway or 5 mins by metro).

From Termini Station:
take the A line of the metro until Baldo degli Ubaldi stop, then walk downhill for about 50 metres until you cross Via Moricca on your left. We are at nr 5/ first floor.
