Description
A perfect way to spend a few days in the beautiful city of Rome: this is what the Casama apartment offers you. A private flat in the heart of the quiet Monte Sacro neighbourhood, not far from the main tourist attractions of the Eternal City(only 15 minutes to the historical centre). Simply put, this is the ideal option for enjoying total freedom without the imposed eating schedule of a hotel nor the curfew of a hostel. What's more, it's good location allows it's guests to enjoy quiet time and easy access to the centre of Rome all at once, without giving up the commodities of everyday living with restaurants, pubs, cybercafés, shops, supermarkets and so on all within walking distance.
The size of the apartment is 45 square meters with a maximum capacity of 3 people, all of whom would share one bedroom containing a double and a single bed. The rooms are equipped with fans. Also, there is a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove, not to mention a complete bathroom.
Here the guest will enjoy the best of Rome. Close-by you'll find the Via Nomentana, of great historical importance due to the sheer quantity of historical structures. From here, and thanks to the ample choice of public transportation, you'll easily arrive in 15 minutes or less to areas of interest such as the Porta Pia, the Piazza Venezia or the Foro Imperial.
Near the Nomentana area. The train stop is only 100 meters away. This station is a transfer point to and from the Fiumicino airport, Trastevere, Ostiense/Piramide, Fiera di Roma and Tiburtina Station (metro line B).
In Università la Sapienzqa is the district area, obviously well known for its high concentration of young people, you can find the University of Rome La Sapienza, placed in the University Campus. The district of San Lorenzo is not far and it is a place where many students, romans and tourists spend long and funny nights.

From Termini Train Station:
take bus 90 express till Stazione Nomentana cross via Nomentama and follow Via Val d'Aosta at the end of the street turn right in Via Val Savio and we are at number 3 (name on the door Di Giovanni).
From Fiumicino Airport:
just take the trair FM1 untill Nomentana Station once in Nomentana Station cross Via Val d'Aosta and you'll find Via Val Savio and we are at number 3 (name on the door Di Giovanni).
From Ciampino Airport:
take the shuttle bus to Termini Train Station and than follow directions from Termini Station.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
