Description
We look forward to welcoming you to our small family run hotel in the heart of the eternal city. We are conveniently located just a stone's throw from the Vatican city, St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum (the Sistine chapel ). Rome's main attractions are easily accessible from the hotel as the 19th century building we are in, is directly beside the exit D Ottaviano / San Pietro subway stop.
San Pietro Rooms is on the first floor, there is a lift and the rooms have street views.
An Italian style breakfast is included in the price as are all taxes. On request, we can organize your transfer to and from the airport and we can arrange any tours or visits that may interest you including the weekly papal audience. We will be delighted to assist you in every aspect of your stay so that you will remember your holiday in this marvellous city for years to come!
All the rooms are very spacious, scrupulously clean and furnished with style. They are available en suite or with shared bathroom depending on your requirements. The hotel has been recently redecorated with the guest's comfort in mind, there is a tv in every room and a hairdryer and iron are available on request.

From the Termini central train station:
take the subway line A direction Battistini and get off at the Ottaviano/San Pietro stop. Once off the platform take the exit D (last exit on the right, stairs on the left.) San Pietro Rooms is right beside the exit. Viale Giulio Cesare n. 62 stair A, first floor.
From Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci:
you can take a train, the Leonardo Express ( every 30 mins) to Termini station (then follow indications from Termini station).
From Ciampino airport take the Cotral / Schiaffini bus to the Anagnina terminal, from here take Metro line A direction Battistini and get off at Ottaviano/S.Pietro(see directions above).

RÉGLEMENT D'ANNULATION
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
