Apartment is situated few meters from St.Peter's Square, and close to Castel Sant’Angelo, on the third floor of a modern building equipped with lift and concierge.
It is an elegant apartment of around 80 square meters, completely renovated and can comfortably accommodate from two to five people. It is composed of an entry, a double bedroom, a great room with comfortable couch bed for 2 people, a single bed, a kitchen (there is the use of the kitchen with a great saving of the expense), big bathroom with tub and shower and a balcony. The apartment is very bright and silent.

a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
