Description
Our cosy guesthouse lies absolutely central in the former eastern part of Berlin. It is situated in a very popular district called Prenzlauer Berg, next to Mitte.
The tramway leaves directly in front of the house and 750 meters to Alexanderplatz are done in 3 minutes.
There you have access to one of the most highly developed under- and overground systems in europe, perfect to discover the whole city! For example Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburger Tor are reached in less than 10 minutes, Wittenbergplatz and Ku-Damm in less than 20 minutes.
There are many bars, clubs and restaurants in our streets.

From Tegel Airport:
Just take the airport express (TXL) to terminal stop. Walk straight ahead down the hill to Greifswalderstrasse. Turn left and walk up Greifswalderstrasse. After 150 meters you have arrived at our house.
From Schoenefeld airport:
Take the rapid-transit railway (S-Bahn) number 9 to Alexanderplatz. Change to the Tram number "M4" to Weissensee. After two stops (Am Friedrichshain) you have arrived at our house.
From central station:
Take any S-Bahn eastbound. After three stops you have arrived at Alexanderplatz. Change to the tramway number "M4" to Weissensee. After just two stops (Am Friedrichshain) you have arrived at our hotel.

RÉGLEMENT D'ANNULATION
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
