Located in the best central location of west Berlin (Schöneberg quarter), only few steps from the Ka.De.We, Kurfürstendamm, Winterfeldtplatz, Nollendorfplatz and Europacenter this new refurbished and modern 43 sqm apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom for a total confort. The studio apartment is located at the 2nd floor witt NO elevator directly in the straight & gay area at Goltzstr. / Nollendorfplatz and Winterfeldtplatz (train station - U Nollendorfplatz).
The Apartment includes:
Double Sleeping couch, sitting couch, living room tables, TV couch, 21” TV set, CATV, alarm clock, dining area, king-size bed; closet including towels, sheets.
Fully equipped kitchen including: super size no-frost refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee percolator, making facilities and all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery; and basic groceries like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil etc.
Host speaks German as well as English and Russian.
No pets may be kept.
Minimum 7 nights for reservation.

RÉGLEMENT D'ANNULATION
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
