The Boka Hotel, an inexpensive B&B hotel ideal for the budget concious traveller or business person. It is centrally located and convenient for all the places of interest. The hotel itself is located in a residential street in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.Please note that the Boka Hotel caters for the budget traveller and provides basic bed and breakfast facilities. It has 52 rooms. A complimentary cooked breakfast is provided. All rooms have individually controlled heating.
Basic rooms have use of the shared toilets and bathrooms, rooms with bath have own private bathroom.

The Boka Hotel is situated in the central Zone 1, very close to Earls Court Underground Station, served by the District and Piccadilly lines. On leaving the station take the exit marked Warwick Road / Exhibition Exit, turn left out of the exit and then the first road on the right into Eardley Crescent.
If travelling from Heathrow Airport to Earls Court:
Take the Piccadilly Line on the underground from the airport terminals to Earls Court, or if you prefer you can take one of the Hotel Link shuttles, which will drop you at the Hotel for a cost of about 14.00, you can book these at the airport
From Gatwick Airport to Earls Court:
Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria this is approx 11.00 one-way. Then take the District Line (the green colour line on the map) on the underground to Earls Court.
From Stansted Airport to Earls Court:
Take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street station this is approx 13.00 one way, then take the Circle line (the yellow colour on the map) on the underground to South Kensington and then get off the train, wait on the same platform for a District Line train (the green colour on the map) and take this to Earls Court.
From Luton Airport to Earls Court:
Take the train from Luton to Kings Cross, this costs approx 11.00 one-way. At Kings Cross transfer to the underground and take the Piccadilly Line (the dark blue colour on the map) to Earls Court.
From Waterloo Station to Earls Court:
At the station get on to the underground, you can take the Jubilee Line (the grey coloured line) to Westminster and then change to the District Line (the green coloured line) and take the District Line to Earls Court.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
