Description
Located in the most charming and atractive neighborhood in Rio (Santa Teresa), Terra Brasilis is just the right choice for art and bohemia lovers. On vantage of its positioning a little bit above the region, Santa Teresa has incomparable views of the city. The great atmosphere in middle of centenians mansions and art ateliers are welcoming everyday hundreds of visitors and locals by trail! Our hostel is an ancient 19´th century´s house delighting two large balconies to provide us a stunning 180 degrees view of lapa, downtown and Guanabara bay in a great open area giving us a pleasure of the contact to the nature (everyday we have company of many birds and little monkeys). Transportation access is easy, you can come and go by normal buses, subwaybuses service or rail of course!

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
