Hostel new ipanema is located in the heart of ipanema, one of the safest and most desirable districts of rio de janeiro. Our hostel is in a secure and pretty private village which attracts backpackers from all over the world. We are only two blocks from the beach ipanema and in easy reach of a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The atmosphere in new ipanema hostel is friendly and informal and our helpful staff are dedicated to making your stay in rio an enjoyable and memorable experience.

If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
