Welcome to the GardenHouse Art Factory, a unique, original and amazing hostel located in the very heart of San Telmo, the bohemian and artistic area of Buenos Aires.
We named this place Art Factory because it combines a soulful mix of arts, style and fun in a huge antique mansion of 900 sq. meters in the oldest quartier in Buenos Aires.
GardenHouse Art Factory is a hostel crafted by architects, graphic designers, street artists, illustrators and open-minded creative people.
Our hostel is located in the very heart of Buenos Aires history, the musical and cultural engine that still produces most of the city´s artistic life. Garden House Art Factory is placed in a huge mansion that is protected as historical heritage. From tip to toe, this hostel is eclectic and full of creativity, and walking around it will provide you a relaxing and warm feeling.
You can choose between private rooms ensuite or with shared bathrooms or dorms, for 8 or 4 people.
Every room has been decorated for a different artist.

Workshops and tango lessons
GardenHouse Art Factory is host of permanent exhibitions, art expositions and cultural activities. They will be performed in our common areas, open freely to all our guests and friends, but carefully respecting our guests´ intimacy and peace.
We also organize “secret walk tours” through the neighbourhood.

Comment nous atteindre
From the airport just let´s us know and we book a pick up for you, which is the fastest and cheapest way to get into town.
From the bus terminal, take metro line c (blue) and get off at Moreno St. Take Av. Belgrano to your left and walk for just 2m until you reach Piedras. Then turn left and walk for another minute. There we are, Piedras 545, on your right hand side!

RÉGLEMENT D'ANNULATION
If you need to cancel a reservation, please note that:
a) for any 72+ hours advance notice: it does NOT provide any cancellation fee. Nonetheless, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
b) for any 72- hours advance notice or in case of a No-Show: if not otherwise reported by the establishment, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee corresponding to the price of the first night per person.
Both customer and establishment will receive an automated notification of the cancellation via e-mail. In every case, deposit and booking fee are no-refundable.
